Communities Offer Roadshow - change to details of events

We have previously advertised three events to bring information about our Communities Offer into the district. Due to low bookings we have changed how we intend to deliver this information to parish and town councils, and community groups.

We had offered in-person events in Linton (12th Nov), Melbourn (20th Nov) and Impington (28th Nov). These will now be replaced by one online event on 28th November, 6pm-8pm.

The online event will feature information about the Communities Offer which includes how the Council supports Parish and Town Councils, Community Groups, and those who want to help create vibrant communities, promote community action, and support community growth. We will be joined by colleagues from Cambridge Council for Voluntary Service, Cambridgeshire County Council's Communities Service, the Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (health) and volunteers and community groups who will share how the Council's support has enabled them to run projects and increase community engagement.

The previous Eventbrite details have been cancelled – please sign up to this new page to enable you to join the online event and also receive the slide pack afterwards.

If you had intended to be at one of the in-person events, and can’t attend on 28th November, please do contact us to discuss other ways that we could bring this information to you.

Thank you,

Beth Watson | Project Officer – Community Safety Partnership
